The Peninsula Football Association was formed on 23rd April 1908.

World War 1 Recess 1916 – 1918.

On the 23rd April 1934 the Peninsula Football Association, the Peninsula District Football Association and the Mornington Peninsula Junior Football League amalgamated to form the Mornington Peninsula Football League.
